Payment
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8% will be charged if you are a New York State Resident

Shipping

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
For free shipping within the US orders must be placed by Dec 13th for probable Christmas delivery.
If orders are placed after this date you are welcome to upgrade at checkout to Priority Mail whereby orders received up to Dec 19th will be for probable Christmas delivery.
International orders for Christmas delivery must be received by Dec 7th.
These are dates given by the USPS for Christmas delivery however I cannot guarantee this once the package has left my hands.


Free shipping is available for standard delivery within the US. Priority Mail upgrade is available at checkout. All overseas shipping charges are kept to the minimum possible. Overages will be refunded.

Estimated Shipping Times
Items are dispatched from my studio within 1-2 days after payment is received.
Items are shipped using USPS Standard Mail. Upgrades are available during check out for items to be mailed using USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the method of shipping chosen. These are:

US ►3-5 daysStandard or 1-2 days Priority Mail
International ► 2-8 weeks Standard and 1-2 weeks Priority Mail

♣ All my orders are packaged using eco-friendly and recycled materials.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays or charges due to customs.

Non delivery/ Delivery problems
So handmade is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If a delivery gets returned to So Handmade due to a faulty address or if the address the customer puts on the order is wrong then the customer is responsible for any re-shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

I will accept returns or cancellations if you:
Request a cancellation within: 1 day of purchase
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return delivery.

If an error has been made on my part I will gladly exchange at my cost.

What happens if my package has not arrived?

Once I have shipped a package I am not responsible for any delays or non-delivery of the package.

Care instructions

If your product needs washing I recommend spot cleaning first. If this is not sufficient then wash on a delicate setting with a mild detergent.
